What this site does not collect

There are no accounts and no sign-in.
Your name, email, phone number and other personal details are never asked for or stored.
Answers you type and kana you draw are never sent anywhere. The site is made of pre-built files with no server-side code.

Practice records (correct and wrong counts per kana) and settings (question range, number of questions, and so on) are saved in your browser’s localStorage.
They stay on the device you use and are not synced anywhere else.
They are removed when you press “Reset records” on the records page, or when you clear this site’s data in your browser.

This site shows ads through Google AdSense.
Google and other third-party ad vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site or other sites.
How Google uses cookies for ads is described in Google’s advertising technologies page.
You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings.
For vendors other than Google, you can opt out at aboutads.info/choices.
Turning off personalized ads does not remove ads — you simply see ads unrelated to your browsing.
